Can I purchase an item online and collect from the store?Yes! We have a pick up option available! Please place your order online, select “Pick Up” in delivery method and we will have your purchase ready to collect the next business day.

I purchased a pair of earrings, underwear or swimwear. Can I return them?We’re unable to refund or exchange earrings, underwear and swimwear due to hygiene purposes. Please refer to out Returns Policy for further information.
Can I have my order gift wrapped and sent to another address?Yes, for sure. Gift wrapping is complimentary on request. To request Gift Wrapping please add a note in the, “Special Instructions” box at checkout. We will make sure that no tags and receipts are included! If you would like your purchase to be delivered to a different address, please add the recipients details in the shipping field and your details in the billing field.
